Montgomery County Chorale and Orchestra is very excited to announce our upcoming 2026-2027 concert season, presenting attractive sponsorship opportunities for area businesses interested in demonstrating their support for the local arts and culture community.
Our 29th season begins on October 18 with Brillance in Motion, a concert of music for solo and orchestra. MCCO is thrilled to welcome Grammy nominated Han Chen as our featured soloist. Han will perform a program that bridges two brilliant musical worlds: Beethoven’s sparkling Piano Concerto No. 1 and Florence Price’s radiant Piano Concerto in One Movement, the piece for which Han received his Grammy nomination.
December 5 and 6, we will offer two presentations of our increasingly popular Festival of Carols concert with readings, exciting arrangements of traditional carols, and other music for the season.
Our season ends on April 11, 2027 with The Majestic Mass. This concert will be the Pennsylvania premiere and only the third performance in this country of Franz Liszt's exciting, dramatic, and grand Missa Solemnis for choir, organ and featuring soloists from the Curtis Institute of Music.
