Montgomery County Chorale and Orchestra is very excited to announce our upcoming 2023-2024 concert season, presenting attractive sponsorship opportunities for area businesses interested in demonstrating their support for the local arts and culture community.
Our 26th season begins in October with Majestic Melodies, a concert of music for solo violin and orchestra featuring David Kim, Concertmaster of the Philadelphia Orchestra as our guest soloist. This will be the first time David has performed with a community orchestra in Montgomery County in over 15 years. In December we will offer our increasingly popular Festival of Carols concert, Wonder of the Season, featuring various works for choir and orchestra as well as new and inspiring arrangements of traditional carols. We end the season in April 2024 with A Jubilant Acclamation, where we will perform Mendelssohn’s exuberant and rarely performed Symphony No. 2 “Hymn of Praise” for choir, orchestra and soloists, along with other works featuring MCCO’s collaborative pianist and organist Erik Meyer.
